Salvation in Exodus
Song of Moses
        Strength – Power – Omnipotence

       1.        Creator --

Genesis 1

Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is
weary? there is no searching of his understanding. (Isaiah 40:28)

Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are
therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee. (Nehemiah 9:6)

   2.        Judge --

The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the
earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed. (1 Samuel 2:10)

And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness. (Psalms 9:8)

But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod
of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. (Isaiah 11:4)

Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways. (Ezekiel 33:20)

    3.        Savior --

The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou
savest me from violence. (2 Samuel 22:3)

I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. (Isaiah 43:11)

Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me. (Hosea 13:4)

        Song – Inspiration

  1.        My Joy --

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. (Psalms 16:11)

For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap
up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit. (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and
gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. (Isaiah 35:10)

Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they
shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away. (Isaiah 51:11)

  2.        My Peace –

And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither
shall the sword go through your land. (Leviticus 26:6)

The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace. (Psalms 29:11)

Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by
the way that thou shouldest go. O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy
righteousness as the waves of the sea: Thy seed also had been as the sand, and the offspring of thy bowels like the gravel thereof; his
name should not have been cut off nor destroyed from before me. (Isaiah 48:17-19)

Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: That ye may suck,
and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory. For thus
saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye
shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees. As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall
be comforted in Jerusalem. And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the
LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies. (Isaiah 66:10-14)

   3.        My Salvation --

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the
Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. (Exodus 14:13)

And David spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies,
and out of the hand of Saul: And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; The God of my rock; in him will I trust:
he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. I will call on the
LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. (2 Samuel 22:1-4) A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light
and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Psalms 27:1)

Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed together: the end
of the wicked shall be cut off. But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble. (Psalms 37:37-
39)

        Salvation – Deliverance

      1.        Physical Difficulty

2.        Spiritual Difficulty

Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods?

Revelation 15:1-4

And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of
God.  (2)  And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image,
and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having
the harps of God.  (3)  And they sing the song of
M
oses the servant of God, and the song f the Lamb, saying,

        Thou only art holy – only God (Yahweh, Jehovah) is perfect in virtue

        All nations shall come & worship before thee – Jew & Gentile shall come together

        Thy judgments are made manifest – God has fully revealed His Will
Read
Exodus 15:1-21

The LORD is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation:
he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation;
my father's God, and I will exalt him.
Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty;
just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
(4)  Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name?
for thou only art holy:
for all nations shall come and worship before thee;
for thy judgments are made manifest.
